6 proposed bidders collected the tender documents in response to our newspaper advertisements

4 bidders submitted their offers with tender documents.

The bids were opened on 17th February 2023.

Initial comparative statement was prepared by PMC on 14th April 2023

Evaluation and comparative chart by PMC on 6th June 2023
-
One-to-one meeting with bidders held on 22nd June 2023.

3 bidders participated in the meeting.

On the basis of interaction, all bidders were requested to submit revised offers by 30th June 2023.

After couple of extensions revised offers were submitted by 21st July 2023.

Revised offers were evaluated and Final comparison sheet prepared by PMC on 27th July 2023

The Managing Committee in its meeting on 29th July 2023 decided to request presentations of all bidders for the benefit of 637 members of Federation on available suitable date.
